Chevron Conveyor Belts are used to move wet and loose materials in bulk from one place to another place. These belts are fitted with integrated molded cleats that prevent material from sliding backward. It is designed for excellent side support.

Chevron conveyor belts with smooth carrying surfaces are useful for conveying products up to an angle of inclination of 22° as the upper limit. Chevron Conveyor Belts are the right belt to meet your need when you need.  

Their advantages are long service life and flexibility due to homogeneous Chevron profiles that are vulcanized together with a base belt. If steeper angles of inclination are required, the same is made possible by using Chevron quilted Belts. 

The profiles are shaped in such a way that there is no need for special idlers and can be driven on conventional conveyor systems. The pitch of the Chevron is designed to ensure a smooth ride on the flat return idler.
